We had another wonderful learning experience that is Outdoor Education. This year’s theme was genetics, the kind heart, and what Satan has done to effect both. Students from Tree of Life, Tidewater, Manassas, and Desmond T. Doss went on a three mile exploring adventure in the Blue Ridge Mountains, played “The Amazing Race”, and dissected a pig’s heart as part of the program. Each day the students enjoyed a spirit filled worship service around the camp fire with Pastor Alonso. There is so much knowledge to be found; why not look “outside” a book occasionally?
