We are in the process of onboarding with an online company called Facts for application, reenrollment, and tuition payment.
Reenrollment for returning students will take place through Facts family portals very soon.
DTD families who don’t already have a link for their portal will receive one soon. If you are new and interested in applying to our school, please note the procedure below.
1. Tour the school, meet our staff and students.
2. Online application and required documentation submitted including a copy of live birth certificate.
3. Registration fee paid.
4. Rising 5th and up write and upload online a handwritten 1-4 paragraph essay, topic: “Why I a want to attend Desmond T. Doss Christian Academy.”
5. Families of homeschool, transfer students, and others, in some cases, will need to schedule a time for academic screening.
6. Request a copy of all records to be sent from previous school, including standardized testing, behavior records, IEP/ISP.
7. Kindergarteners and all new students must have a physical exam, and we need a copy of all vaccination records.
8. Our DTD Admissions Team will meet to evaluate admissions documentation.
9. Acceptance letter sent by email and/or snail mail.
10. An online payment plan to be established through a link provided for a parent portal through Facts.
