Full registration of $350. is required per K through grade 10th student. Registration fees are non-refundable. Payment is due in full by May 30. After June 2nd the fee is $400.
Students will not be allowed to begin school on the first day, August 18, 2025 unless their registration is paid in full.

(K-8 may apply a 10% discount to this rate if paying in full before Aug. 18, ‘25)
There will be no in-person registration/reenrollment this August. We are almost ready to have our reenrollment and tuition payment processes take place completely online. Current families will be able to reenroll and make tuition payment arrangements through your Facts parent portal.

PLEASE NOTE: UNLESS TUITION IS PAID IN FULL FOR THE YEAR, ALL TUITION PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE MONTHLY THROUGH YOUR FACTS ACCOUNT IN 2025-26.
MULTIPLE-CHILD TUITION RATE ADJUSTMENTS* All families with more than one student, concurrently enrolled at DTD. The oldest child’s tuition is full price. The tuition rate for a second child 15% off, third child 25% off, and fourth child + tuition free.
CONSTITUENT/EMPLOYEE TUITION DISCOUNT RATE* Who is eligible: All adult members of the Lynchburg SDA Church and full-time DTD non-teaching staff members. Their K-8 grade DTD students may receive a $550.00 discount per child enrolled. FTE Potomac Contract Teachers: Potomac Conference discount policies apply instead.
*Both multiple-child tuition rate adjustments & constituent/employee discount rates will not apply to one family.
Whichever is greater will apply.
NEW: IN HONOR OF DESMOND T. DOSS, PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS WHO ARE U.S. ACTIVE DUTY OR VETERANS QUALIFY FOR A MILLITARY DISCOUNT: 7% off total tuition for siblings in an immediate family.
ELIGIBLE FAMILIES MAY QUALIFY FOR A VIRGINIA TAX CREDIT SCHOLARSHIP IF FUNDING FOR DTD IS AVAILABLE. See the other side of this flyer to find out if your child is eligible to receive a scholarship toward tuition from this fund. If he/she qualifies this scholarship may apply each year thereafter, if the state of Virginia continues to participate.
