On Saturday, March 23rd, the students of Desmond T. Doss Christian School were invited to go to Otter Creek Campground to play Capture the Flag and go on a hike. The bus left the school parking lot in Lynchburg, VA around 1:15 p.m., and the students enjoyed a time of fellowship and fun both on the bus ride and throughout the time at Otter Creek Campground in Amherst County, VA. After having a prayer together, a picnic lunch, several successful rounds of Capture the Flag, and a lot of joy, the group headed back to the school and arrived in the parking lot a little after 6:30 p.m. at night. We look forward to many more student activities together.
