Students from grades 3rd all the way to 11th went on a backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail. Students were able to enjoy first hand God’s creation. Worship was centered on the theme of what a blessing our bodies and health are to us and that we should treat them in a way that brings honor to our God.
The first night was spent at Camp Blue Ridge and the second night was spent at the top of Spy Rock. The views were incredible from the top of Spy Rock and especially at night. One morning snow started to come down pretty heavy just as camp was broken. There was a little cold, a little sweat, and LOTS of fun.
