PLEASE NOTE: New families, when enrolling, please be sure to bring copies (or originals and we will make copies for you) of your child’s social security card and birth certificate (both required.) Kindly also bring school physical exam documentation for enrolling kindergarten students and vaccination records for all transfer students.
